begins in our Cleveland neighborhood

Our story is like our sauces: simple, sweet, and spicy. As gardeners growing a collection of herbs in a small apartment with big windows, we were ready to expand within our neighborhood. A couple raised beds in a nearby urban garden produced a bumper crop of chili peppers that summer, but what to do with them all?!

Several weeks and recipes later, we had a few sauces to be proud of. Handing out our fledgling products to even staff and regulars at local restaurants gave us the confidence to take the next step. Their friendship, support, and feedback has truly led to something special.

We believe in flavor first. No funny names, no gimmicky cartoons, no insane heat, just delicious all-natural condiments to complement your favorite foods.
